Hi to all, someone told me about this other forum, and how great it is, so here I am!
My name is Wendy and I am here with my daughter who is 12 and attending ISOP.
My partner is still in the UK, winding down the business and then selling the house.
We have been here for nearly 7 months now, and LOVE it
I do know some of you already from another forum, and want to say hi to you and hi to all you other 'friend's' out there!

I am glad we have another member

You know me from another forum but I thought I would change my name for this one. Change of name, change of personality.
Very cold in Rochdale tonight. However, lovely sunshine during the day with temp in the high 4s. And you think it is cold over there.
Bad news is that Rachel has a boyfriend, the lovely Kevin. She met him through hockey in Llandudno. Last Saturday we were relegated to the kitchen whilst they watched a film and cuddled on the settee. He has just been selected for Wales u19s. Hope it doesn't last. Might have to stay in Rochdale to put some distance between them.

Thanks Lisa. I am not too bad for my vintage. I have seen worse models. It is all about mental attitude I think, and I am not quite a female Peter Pan, but I don't think "old" if you know what I mean.

It is just my internal bits that are showing signs of wear and tear. The orthopaedic guy said I had a 46 year old knee. I was really pleased, considering I am 49.

Hopefully you will find an internet cafe. I have no idea whether there is one in Tala or not. Sorry. Perhaps you can ring someone who has got computer access and they can put a post up on your behalf.
