Has anyone visited the new Euro 2 shop yet? I saw the advert in the Paphos Post and wondered if it was worth visiting????

We used to have a Dhs 10.00 (£1.50) shop in Abu Dhabi and I got so many wonderful things there, like a dozen wooden kitchen utensils for Dhs 10.00 and non stick frying and milk pans and bath mats and acrylic glasses (which cost a fortune here) and so much more. It would be good if this shop was run on the same lines........

Me thinks I shall have a browse in the morning too! I have great expectations and I am so hoping that they will not be dashed, otherwise I shall be going to Abu Dhabi with an empty suitcase!!!!!!!!!! You would not believe the prices there! Carrefours in AUH - beautiful jeans - Dhs 20 (£3.00) do I need to go on!!!!!

Oh and my wonderful 5 kilo blanket (of which we brought 2 with us) cost just £20 and oh boy is it warm and snuggly! Forget going to the UK with an empty suitcase- guys - go to Abu Dhabi - you will save sooooooooooooooooo much money. But there again, when the girls see the Gold Souks.........................................

According to the advert on page 3 on this months Paphos Post the shop opens on Monday 1st March. So apart from the own, I'm guessing no one has been yet. Unless they've put the open forward a lot.

Hi columbia75 - you are absolutely right re the opening date! I just go so excited that I did not notice this - despite the size of the print I shall just have to wait until St David's Day then, to see if they have some real bargains on offer

I love a bargain so imagine my delight when I went home at Christmas to find that a 99p shop had just opened in Huntingdon I was like a kid in a sweet shop. Will also be there on 1st March.
