Does anybody know what has happened to Astro Sat?

They appear to have moved from their shop in Chloraka and the phone number from their website is unobtainable the number is 26270079.

I never knew them
maybe some will be able throw some light on it..

I was going into the Pet Shop next door to where they were situated some weeks ago and the men from Astrosat (not the chaps who worked there) were sorting out the shop.

I said where you going to put a sign on the shop window to let all your customers know where you have gone, his reply was that that would be up to his boss. He did however give me their Limassol number where they have always had a shop.

Sandra who was one of the ladies who worked in there and was always very helpful has gone into business with Nigel who was their engineer.

The chap who owns the Pet Shop has now expanded into AstroSat's old shop.

I have Sandra/Nigel's numbers if anyone wants them, didn't know if I could put them on here.

I have since spoken to friends who had initially recommended us to AstroSat and they didn't even know they had closed this shop.

Neil, no poblems, that's why I put the comment that I did, didn't want to advertise although the post after mine has!!

We purchased our system from Astosat but any firm in this economic climate who doesn't advertise that they are leaving, let's face it they used to advertise plenty in the feeebies cetainly won't be getting my custom again, I would rather use Sandra/Nigel.

Wayden - they have always had this shop in Limassol all the time they had the Chloraka one!!

My intention was not to to advertise at all but just to give an alternative contact for Astrosat as someone appeared to be looking for them. I only know of this company as they have carried out some work for me which I was pleased with - other than that I have no association with the company.

I also should have worded my reply that the Director confirmed to me that they are now ONLY operating from their Limassol Office.

My opologies if I have offended anyone.

As a newbie I will be more careful with my postings
