It is gorgeous here this morning - sun is shining and nowhere near as cold as it has been. It wasn't that cold last night either thank goodness.

That wind has done a lot of damage to plants etc. I noticed that the grass on one empty plot round the corner from us has been completely burnt with it, also some of the plants in the garden are looking worse for wear. I remember being told by a gardener when I first came here that sometimes in the winter the plants get burnt with the winds but this is the first time I have seen it.

I apologise to you folks in the UK not rubbing it in honest.

Tina he admits that he has a goldfish brain. He asks me what is for dinner then half an hour later asks me again

He only asks you again in half an hour as he know how you women change you mind I ask my wife what for dinner on sat and she told me we are having fish and chips for dinner. When i got home there was a stew waiting for me. All day i was looking forward to my fish and chips

I don't change my mind once I have got the meat out of the freezer.

That was only one example I could go on and on and on

Certainly seems like normal service is resumed weather-wise - lovely up here in Peyia this afteroon, I've even got my window open!

Still beautiful, I love it when the sun is shining and my poor old bones have now warmed up (not for long sitting at the computer), but I will be out in the garden for some natural heat soon.

Glad to hear the weather in Paphos is warming up a bit as we are getting closer and closer to our week out there. Was worrying slightly as we dont know if there is a quilt or blankets in the apartment, I envisaged us sleeping under practically the whole contents of our cases just to keep warm......bbrhhh!

BTW - its slightly warmer here too, no frost on the cars this morning!!!

I was just saying that myself this morning, its only 5 weeks till my boys come over for their easter hols, 2 weeks of this weather would not be appreciated, as that's what they would want to be getting away from in the UK
