I need to set up a business or partnership in Phaphos for my new product which is a hygienic loo brush replacement system any advise would be much appreciated.

Beware!!!

Many locals will want to take over new ideas and suddenly become your rivals. The same as in any market.

Make sure you are in a position where you are the market leader and the rest cannot 'jump on the band wagon' or you will regret inviting 'help' to get the business off of the ground.

Too many have come up with great new ventures in Cyprus, only to find that they got stabbed in the back.

True Neil, and when you have a decent business along comes someone who uses the same name as you (or with miniscule alterations) and tries to cash in on your good name!
