Paphos People

We are looking for a villa with privacy, and have spent several weeks looking around this year.

We are still open minded on exact location, and are considering anywhere from Paphos to Polis. We are not keen on Peyia or Tala, but might consider something there that is not overlooked or crowded in. We also considered Peristerona, Steni, Stroumpi, Kamares, Coral Bay (rural), St Georges. Distant sea view preferred.

We need at least 250 sq m, large pool, 4 beds, outside covered areas. Storage a bonus. Prefer title deeds: if not, a very clear history and background. Don't want damp problems; prefer damp proof course. A/C and CH. Site probably at least 1000 sq m.

We will be visiting again later this year. Funds available for a fast good value purchase.

We may also be interested in renting something similar before buying.
