Now before anybody starts taking the peepee out of this one. I am really seriously looking for the Cyprus highway code in English.
I know the usual answer I get when i ask is

" ARE THERE ANY RULES OF THE ROAD IN CYPRUS"
But if anybody has one or knows where I can buy I would be very grateful
Thanks

The simple answer is you cannot buy one as one does not exist.

Save your money - buy a cheap prayer book instead!

I would imagine the best place would be the Driving registration office up at Mesoghi or any of the larger book stores that are about.

Also try the post office in Pano Pafos by the market, they keep a whole host of documentation and other useful information available.

Failing that the newest edition and reprint of the Highway Code (UK) version is available and is alongside the aridged version of the samaratins self help guide. Take your pick but I think the self preservation of the Sams is probably the more accurate.....

I don't know if you are still looking for a copy of the 'cy rules of the road' book but I bought one yesterday in a book shop in Limassol - it cost 4 euro and worth every cent in entertainment value.

We managed to buy one a couple of years ago from our local periptero - and it came with a driving licence holder :)

Available in Greek and in English.

Just been reading this, went on the page of offences and fines what a joke. Especially the one about using mobile phones, and not having silencers fitted!

You can buy them from all bookshops (about 3.5 Euros), also at the Eko petrol station just past Coral Bay.

Malcolm Smith driving school tried to sell a photocopied version of the same book to my girlfriend for 10 Euros.  That is probably why she did not take her driving lessons with this outfit.
