The property should be 3 bedrooms minimum with a covered area of 160sqm minimum, a plot of over 1000sqm, have title deeds at leat for the land, if not for everything. The building should be preferrably modern with little remedial work required.
So essentially large plot, good sized covered areas, and some views are all thats needed.
