Hi
We've inherited a cockateel which had a broken wing that has set badly so it can't fly anymore and she is in a small cage. If anyone has a large cage that is no longer in use and would like to donate it for Persephone to have more space for perches etc that would be fantastic and much appreciated.
Regards

Just to bump this up as Persephone still needs a bigger cage and unfortunately having seen the prices of them in pet shops we can't afford a new one. So if anyone has one laying around that is not in use any more please contact me.
Cheers

As promised here are the pictures of the bird cage and birds that i have for sale. Give me an acceptable offer and i'll probably accept. Need to rehome them as we're movinng back to the uk in the new year. The lovebirds in the picture have already gone. So you can see it big enough for 5 birds.

Hi Kim
Sorry we haven't been in touch. Paul has been very ill this last week since his swim around the wreck on Xmas Day. Much as I would love to take on your birds and cage, unfortunately we don't have any money whatsoever at the moment. All being well Paul will be paid early in the new year if the birds and cage are still available. I don't know what we will be able to offer as we have a lot of bills to get sorted out. Not a good time of year for us. Thank you for supplying the photos. Persephone I am sure would love to be in a bigger cage and to be with others as I know they are more of a social bird than being confined to solitary.
Regards
Kim

We're in the same boat. Why do all the bills come at xmas and new year? I don't think they'll be going anywhere soon. Just offer me what you can afford and you can have them. I want then to go to a good home.
And the swimming round the wreck thing sounds like the kind of thing my David would attempt to do. He canoed around St George's Isle a couple of times last year! Hope he gets well soon.

Kim :D

Hi Kim

We're still interested but waiting for Paul to be paid. Are the birds and cage still available?

Happy New Year

Kim

Still looking for a large bird cage (free) for our inherited cockateel that can't fly due to it's wing having been broken and was left to set on it's own. If you know of anyone with a redundant cage who is happy to give it as a new home for Persephone, please get in touch.
