Hi everyone and thanks for looking.

We are long term residents of Cyprus and are looking to move from our present house. We have been in this property for 5 years and needs have changed. Our requirements are as follows:

* 3 bed minimum detached or linked house/villa.
* Not on a main road and not on a complex.
* Small amount of land or big garden.
* Ensuite to main bedroom.
* Must accommadate a dog.
* Unfurnished.
* Long term (3 years +)
* Quiet area
* Central heating.
* Garage.
* Air-con.
* Tsada, Kallepia, Letymbou or Koilli areas.
* No need of pool, however if one is present, Landlord to maintain please.
* Budget around 600 euro.
