Ah. There is a local solicitor - whom my Bank recommended. No doubt she would do it for a fee. Thanks.

Just get a few quotes before you go ahead and dont make the Solicitor/Lawyer your Executor.

Thats right Neil, if you have them as Executor, their costs are enormous.

Much better to choose someone you know as Executor, who can then shope around for costs.

Our lawyer did ours for us and even sent us to the court house in Paphos with his secretary to have them formally lodged .He charged CY£100 for both and we were very impressed.If you want his name PM me and I will give it to you.He was an independant that was recomended to us when we bought our apartment.

Please be careful when you choose a lawyer for your Wills, there can be significant costs at the 'other' end

Thank you for the various replies. My accountant advises not necessary to make a Cyprus will since do not own nor intend to own any property here.
