We are looking for a 3 bedroom property for SALE in Regina Gardens (Tombs of the Kings area) for a client who is here NOW and loves this project. Titles are needed/available and he is a very serious client.

Theres not many for sale signs on that project, maybe the developer does not allow them.

I think it's Leptos, and when I was working they wouldn't let anybody sell their own property - it was all handled by them! May have changed now though.

I live on Regina Gardens as far as I know Leptos does deal with the Sells as a lot of people
have already returned to the uk and have left the selling of their properties with Leptos.
Phase 2 and 3 are complete so they will have title deeds but phase 1 do not. I know of
one 3 bed villa on phase 1 for sell but like I said I think they need to contact the office on
Regina Gardens.
