Paphos People

Hi
I am looking to move my business to Paphos and I wish to keep selling my products to the UK as well as building a business in Cyprus, could anyone inform me of a good courier to ship multiple items/parcels to the UK and EU at a low cost on a daily basis? Any experiences would be most welcome and helpful.

Also i need to locate a workshop or a good letting agent who could assist with this.

I use EMS to ship our cosmetics, they go world wide, but i think
it will depend on how heavy your parcels are and how often you ship them .
EMS work on a sliding scale , the more parcels you send in a month , the cheaper it is .

I take them to the post office each day ,
We have an account and they just bill us at the end of each month
I cant remember the the stage of the sliding scale .
But it works like .

x each month is this amount ?
y each month is this amount ?
and so on ,
we always get 40% discount each month , as we send over the maximum
amount ..

I have just found some rates which look much better than a quote i recieved from a local courier agent. The rates look like 9euros for a 1KG parcel to the EU does this sound correct to you? Do they offer tracking and how long do items take generally back to the UK?

Thats about the same as EMS prices ,
yes all parcels can be tracked online and that also includes insurance .
They are barcoded into the system when you take them in
and normally take 2-3 days anywhere in the EU , a little longer for the states
and Asia , The middle east is very fast 1-2 days .

Thanks! I was quoting the EMS rate which i have just found online. This is great news as i was getting quotes of $40 per item. This makes the prospect of moving the whole operation to Cyprus more viable!
