To All Residents of Armaggetti, a Animal Needs You.
We came to your excellent village festival last Sunday, very entertaining and enjoyable.

The one item that spoiled everything for all our party was the state of the feet of the poor donkey that was giving children a ride.
The poor creature was in pain and could hardly walk because his hooves had not received any attention for years. One of his hooves was growing at an angle of nearly 90 degrees. The other 3 hooves were also in a terrible state.

Could all you residents not get the village Muktar to have a Ferrier, or someone from your equestrian centre, do something quickly about the poor animals hooves.

They have lots of experience in helping neglected/ ill treated Donkeys and as far as I am aware will attempt to educate the owners better in the first instance

Good idea. But I only saw the donkey and his owner once (Therefore I assume that the owner & the donkey are from Armaggetti). With not living anywhere near Armagetti I have no clue were the owner lives, and the Donkey is kept.
That is why I asked for an Armagettie resident to approach the Muktar. The Muktar will know where the donkey is and can get help for the poor creature.
