Tried their Sunday lunch yesterday. 3 courses for less than a tenner and absolutely delicious. Homemade apple pie to die for. :D

I had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Ollie's Bar on Sunday, the first of many I hope :) Less than 10 Euros ...excellent value.

I understand the new owners, Val & Brian, intend to open 7 days a week from March 19th, but at present they remain closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

They are offering lunchtime snacks now available Mon - Saturday and weekday evening meals will commence from 19th March.

Every Friday is a theme night , this Friday is Chilli Night ( though there is an alternative as well).

Val & Brian's aim is for Ollie's to be a meeting place for the community, not just a taverna.

They appreciate all the help and support the village community have given them since they opened a couple of weeks ago, and hope that many new faces come and see what they have to offer.
