We went to The Welcome Inn opposite little Orphanidies in Paphos on Friday night for their special fish and chips.
Plenty of seating outside and in, it has the feel of a UK 'boozer'.
What a revalation, decent quality food at a VERY decent price in Cyprus. Fine dining it is not, but, value for money is definately here.
Not the best we've ever had, but if you want a reasonable meal at a good price, put all prejudices aside and give this place a go. The fish was plentiful, OK, the chips were frozen and the peas etc were only a smallish portion, but look at the prices.
€3.95 for fish, chips and mushy or garden peas or beans.
Keo was €2, a glass of wine €2 and water €1.

Our total bill for 4 fish, chips etc, 6 Keo's, glass of wine and a small bottle of water was just over €30.
