When i was over before i had a lovely lamb dish apparently it is quite poplular in Cyprus I think it begun with a 'K' can anyone tell me what the name of it is. Only we re returning to Cyprus next week and would love my husband to taste it. Thank you

KFC from a Lamb, thats really clever.

I was once told by a popular eaterie owner he could prepare me any dish I wanted in minutes. From steak, duck, pasta, fresh salad and a whole host of menu options.

As long as it looked round was flat and looked like a burger....

You could also try lamb tavas (with cumin, parsley & tomatoes) - very rich though!
