Has anyone heard/dealt with this company, they are registered in Spain. My wife wants to transfer her pension to qrops and they are offering a good deal, anyone heard of them before we delve in?

The banks in Iceland were all offering good deals before they went belly-up. The old adage applies: "If it looks too good to be true, it usually is".
