This event is taking place at the "Fresh Restaurant" in Coral Bay in aid of the Cancer Patients Support Group here in Cyprus and they are in the process of creating a Calendar Girls style Calendar. The Launch Date is at the Dinner Dance as detailed in the attached poster, along with a contact name and email address for further information and tickets.

FRESH MENU
for
CALENDARE GIRLS LAUNCH EVENING
THURSDAY 11th OCTOBER 2012

Please select one starter, main course and dessert from the selections below, it may be useful for you to print this out afterwards to remind yourself of your selections on the evening.

Starters (a choice of)

Parsnip soup
Chicken liver pate served with red onion marmalade
Salmon and crab fishcakes

Main Course (a choice of)

- Chicken Breast with bacon and mushroom veloute,
fondant potato and sautéed broccoli
- Pork fillet served with carrot puree, apple sauce and rosti potato
- Crispy skin salmon fillet served with gratin potato, wilted spinach and seafood veloute
- Pumpkin and Sage Risotto

Desserts (a choice of)

- Vanilla bean pannacota served with raspberry coulis
- Chocolate fondant served with white chocolate ice cream
- Warm apple tart served with vanilla ice cream

Drinks included in your ticket price

2 Bottles of Water per table and a choice of
- One bottle of either Tsangarides white, red or rose wine per 2 people ie. Half a bottle each (if there is an uneven number of wine drinkers on the table eg. 5 people, then 2 bottles of wine will be served with a further 2 glasses of wine)

OR

- 2 bottles of Peroni or 2 bottles of Carlsberg each

OR

- 2 Soft Drinks each

Please note, as much as we would love to give you free drinks all evening unfortunately as this is a Charity Event we cannot do this so after this first round of drinks have been ordered, all other drinks will be at the individuals cost. We have, however, negotiated a 20% discount for you off all drinks for the evening including spirits and should you choose to carry on drinking beers, soft drinks or any of the Tsangarides wines then they will be €10 per bottle or €2.50 per beer or soft drink.
