Beautiful 3 bed bungalow one minute from the caves with beautiful coastal walks. Has large very private garden and newly lined pool with pergola beside.

One bedroom is ensuite and new luxury bathroom shared with the other bedrooms. New kitchen to include white goods, and lounge dining area with gas fire is part furnished.

There is a covered (shaded) front terrace off lounge and the back terrace has wonderful sunset views over the field behind, and is totally private.

This is an upmarket area with mainly private housing and no commercial property nearby, however it is only minutes by car from Coral Bay and Peyia where there are numerous shops and taverns and friendly english speaking people.

The property has full AC and central heating and is double glazed throughout.

It can be let furnished or unfurnished and is available almost immediately. For buyers - the owner holds full Title Deeds.

The rent is negotiable so that is why i have not put any on the entry.

Methinks something does not sound right. Why put "the owner has full title deeds" ? surely you would as an owner state "I have full title deeds" ?
Why not state the rent as a figure and add that the figure is negotiable to the right tenant?
I know someone who is looking in that area and wants a bungalow too so would need to know the rent before contacting her.
