Paphos People

We are looking for a large detached large house or villa with large garden to rent for 3 years from mid October 2013 in any area of Paphos. We want a house or villa (3 or more bedrooms and a minimum of 2 bathrooms) with a private pool (not shared pool).

Any area of Paphos.
The property can be either fully furnished or partly furnished with good quality furnishings or completely unfurnished.
The property must have air conditioning, central heating and a telephone line already in place for fast and reliable wifi internet.
The property must be either in or within easy walking distance of a village that has a minimum of one or two shops and at least one “open all year round” Taverna.

My husband and I do not smoke and we do not have pets.
We have already contacted the main real estate agencies but wondered if anyone knows of an unadvertised property.
