Try M.C Care at Home, Michelle is very good and comes highly recommended. I believe they are the only legal and registered Care Company in the area.

You can have live in or live out. The live out costs more in terms of salary as the individual will have to pay their own rent/food. I think the rate for live in is 300+ a month and live out is 400+. I am assuming the person who requires care is 75 or over. Otherwise they will only qualify if they have a disability. Also, the person requiring care will have to have gone through registering for residency with immigration.
