Has anyone received these yet? I have not and usually they arrive for completion by post
in January.
I think the deadline to submit them is the end of February, but not sure on that.
Geoff.

Not received mine yet. However, the 2013 return had a due date of 30 April, so don't panic just yet.

I have just received these forms for the first time"and to be honest am a little confused. I have already paid my tax for 2014 using the temporary tax form...As a retired person with my only income from my military pension I opted to pay tax at 5%. Looking at the Form IR 1A employee 2014 I am not sure what columns I should be filling in, where I put the "Tax Allowonce" figure and where I declare tax already paid....my tax affairs are very simple I just want to get the figures right....any guidance would be gratefully received.

Complete part 3a. Go to section I column 5 and 6 and insert total income and tax actually paid during year. Then go to section 5 "Tax Computation for Individuals" and insert total income as total taxable income, again as net income/loss, and again as total income/loss. In the tax section on the same at the line "add 5% tax etc" insert total income in the first box (before the @5%) and tax paid in the next box (after the @5%). Insert tax paid in "total amount of tax" box, again at the box to the right of it, again at the line "less temporary tax". Finally insert nil in the tax due/refund box.

This assumes your calculation of tax at the start of the year remains correct at the end of the year.

Then sign and date and post off in the envelope provided. No stamp necessary.

Josef, thank you for your prompt reply, and apologies for not getting back to you sooner. My only question is regarding the amount I put, or not, in part I, column 6 (Tax Paid). Is that the tax I have already paid in Cyprus to the Cypriot Tax authority or Zero as obviously I receive my pension Gross from the UK.

Cheers.

That will be the tax (if any) paid to the Cyprus tax man.

As he has gone the 5% rate I would expect to see some tax paid . ;)
