Anyone know how you go about change of ownership if you sell a car please? Mal

forms TOM9 - the one you fill in is in Greek, but there is an English version there. If it is you selling the car you must sign it, give it to the person buying your car and they then take it either to the Department of Transport, or (as I did) to Tonys and from that the ownership is changed and the new log book issued to the new owners.

If you are buying a car, ask to see the log book to make sure there isn't a Bank name on it, which means there could be an outstanding loan on it.

Hi,
I also have need for the Car transfere Forms. Unfortunately the "link" no longer works. I can get the Greek only Form form the Gov Web site, but not the translated one.
I have looked at other Forums which had the same link, but they do not work.
I wondered if any member has the File, and could PM it to me. I would be most grateful.

I have the form (TOM9B) scanned into my PC, but it is too big to upload as an attachement to a post on here - I get the msg forum limit is 500 KB. For PMs also it seems.
