Slower but with incredible views, and an ambience many would love.

Are you the Estate Agent?
Does this property have full Title Deeds?
Thank you,
Amos.

Indeed Amos yes.

Full title to the land. Permits and permissions all completed for the building.

Like many other 'local' people they see no need to create a title on the house, however this will be put in place for any purchaser.

Thank you for that.
I was enquiring on behalf of a friend in Israel who is planning to retire here.
However he would want FULL Title Deeds on any property he bought.
Not always so easy to get the house put onto the deeds, numerous issues can and often do get in the way, like details of the planning permit/actual build, land ownership, etc etc.
Amos.

Thanks Amos, of course that why we put the lawyers on the case at the earliest opportunity. Permissions and putting the property on the deed isn't difficult in this particular situation and for a wee bit of extra security an amount held back until the deed is made can be arranged.

Strangely we have several clients from Israel all looking for 'village' and traditional type properties as well as the investment opportunities in the tourist zones.
