If you have a temperature/fever

Please only use paracetamol to treat the temperature

Do NOT use anti inflamatory tablets like Neurofen etc

They have been found to exaggerate and cause serious complications to otherwise healthy people

It is positive and good that the countries before us are learning about the virus and how to treat it

Which is good news for us all

NHS still says , drink plenty of water and take everyday painkillers, such as paracetamol and ibuprofen, to help with your symptoms .

But reading on what has been said in France I would stay away from ibuprofen , I have never taken it .
