with a little more time one everyones hands the temptation to undertake some extra gardening, housework, DIY chores, those little jobs that have been waiting until you have time etc etc etc, it is important to remember not to take any chances or shortcuts that could lead you to an emergency room or doctors office especially at this time.

Be aware that sunstroke is a possibility at this time of year as are falling from ladders, hammering fingernails etc etc.
