Another fully grown and prepared dinner.

Chicken, sautéed leeks, egg, and a cabbage sauce. Theres a satisfaction eating your own produce. So different forms of chicken for 2 more days.

What are you eating from your own garden.

Delicious with a squeeze of fresh lime! I must investigate using them in a curry though for something different!

Chicken, mushrooms,sultanas, apricots, apples and a little lemon juice in curry (Flambé in brandy) is very nice, too :sunny :sunny

Hmm I know there's a veg/vegan version as the Sri lankans in the village are always asking for what we can't use to make their curry, I will investigate further though!
Just found a few recipes and it has to be green unripe Papaya so will have to wait as ours are all ripe just now!
