Firstly I think I have posted this in the right place so a medal to me....

Ok, if putting concrete bases in for a post near to the roots of plants, is it possible to line the hole with a plastic bag to prevent leeching of the cement or chemicals onto the roots, has anyone tried this please? Its near to an established honeysuckle and I don't want to destroy it.
