I am trying to register on the Gesy account portal. First step was easy and received email to follow link. It is asking for a password that has to be made up of Latin characters. HELP. Every combination of letters, numbers etc it is not accepting stating does not meet criteria.

Can anyone assist or shall I just visit our personal doctor.

Thank you
Lyn

CONFUSED From what I THINK i remember for previous posts, was your hubby not already registered? IF he was, the system is possibly remembering the details and saying the password is incorrect

I was registered and still am Dave ...we always thought that Edd wasn’t ...but eventually I managed to have a password accepted and then it said that his email address is already in existence... so confused .com here ..

Is it because he is on my S1 ? Or because Dr Molly has already inputted his details?

I will try again to log onto his account and say all details ...password etc lost and see what happens and if we can reset

Thanks for your help as always

It's possible it's because he was already on yours..when we set our up, I just opened a new free email for Moira and all sorted...Have a word with Dr Molly on Monday to confirm

Hi Dave

Managed eventually to sort it all out ..phew! ....though now will need Dr Molly,s and the GESY authorization codes on Monday for him to access his account fully to be able to apply for Vaccine when time arrives!

What a to do...a letter from vaccine centers or GP would have been a lot easier for everyone lol

But at least almost completed

Thank you as always for your help

Hi Migmogs and M.A.D.

My Gesy Doctor is Silvia Lazaridou.

Managed to set up username. Email arrived saying follow the link and that I only had 15 minutes to complete registration. It all goes wrong when I try to create a password.

I have used lower case, upper case, numbers and #+?£!=. Nothing works. Highlights red and keeps telling me I have to use latin characters.

Thank you both

Are you using a PC : Tablet or phone?

Wondering if you keyboard 'language' is set correctly.

Here are a couple of things to try
Check your device is set to ‘Latin Characters’
1. In the bottom right, select the time.
2. Select Settings Settings and then Advanced.
3. In the "Languages and input" section, select Input method and then Manage input methods.
4. Check the boxes next to the keyboard languages you'd like to use.
5. Select Back Back
6. Select the keyboard language you want to use. You'll see "Enabled" listed under the current keyboard.

You could also try using a Latin password generator.
If you go to this site, https://www.ph4.org/pass_passgen.php it will randomly produce a ‘Latin Characters’ password
