Minus 2F in the Peak district tonight.
In December 66 we did a gig for the troops stationed at Troodos we were accommodated in the old corrugated roofed huts 3ft of snow. we received the regulation bedding 2 blankets, 2 sheets and 2 pillow cases and 2 upright paraffin heaters, needless to say we left asap in the morning. Oh and Val insisted that I took my issue Long Johns.
