Your friend is a lot less likely to find an automatic than a manual. maybe one 10 years old, but that wouldn't be cheap as I have seen 20 year old manual trucks selling for 7k or more.

He has a problem with his left leg so it needs to be an automatic.....This was posted in case someone had one to sell

As you say, the price of second-hand here is ridiculous.
He has already looked at several 2015 models for sale in the UK and could buy one there, have it shipped and pay duty and it would still be cheaper than a 2010 one here :doh
