Hello all,
Asking for a friend who recently had photovoltaic panels installed. He was shocked when his bill came in this year 2021 for 500 euros more than double what he was paying for conventional supply. I know that EAC had a glitch in 2020 with the accounting software and were saying that the would refund overpay, did this happen and is the glitch back? Thanks

Would have thought / would suggest your friend asks EAC directly
