i dont understand why there is such a demand for plant based meat products. surely if you have chosen to be vegetarian or vegan then you decided to stop eating meat and its derivatives , so why are there so many pharmacutical chemical cocktails on sale ? just check the contence list. surely it is healthier to eat proper vegetables, nuts and grain.
i wish i had taken a photo, but the other day in paps in the (plant based meat section) there was a product labelled " vegan flavour" , it left me curious as to what a vegan tastes like !

When manufacturers try to re-create meat items like burgers and steak, you can bet your bottom dollar that there is a lot of processed muck in the mix.

I have no compunction whatsover about eating 'proper' meat and will continue to do so as long as I live.

well "beyond burgers" are very much better than i expected ! but i still maintain it is best to eat unmodified proper food.

For those who want to be vegan or vegetarian go for it

But

Leave our beef alone!

I have no intention of eating artificial, lab or factory generated muck as food ever!

Eat good nutritious food ....with the least done to it...freshly bought and home cooked.
