Just happened to read an article on this phone , I had to laugh , they say, you will enjoy the full 2 day battery life ! It has a 5ah battery ! Is this normal ? Or is it a downside to 5G ?
My tablet has 4Gs so apart from drawing a ridiculous amount of power what does the extra G do for you ?
My thoughts, if a 5G receiver draws loads of power then surely the 5G transmitter will also ?
If I had that phone I would want a battery upgrade to 15ah or 20ah, guess the phone would be 4 cm thick and weigh a kilo !

Mouse, serious question: your skewed and flawed logic aside, do you not have anything more important than this to occupy your waking thoughts?

I have a charging cable on my bedside table, so without thinking connect phone to cable before crawling into bed. Wife does the same with hers and charges her iPad and iPad Mini overnight too. So the question of how long a charge lasts never comes into it. We just need to know that when we start each day everything is ready to go. And yes, I do know from an engineering standpoint it is good practice to fully discharge a battery to keep it in good health ;) But I upgrade my phone every three years or so... and the battery still works fine at that time.

And surely how long it takes for you to discharge your phone is dependant on how much you use it each day? Mine gets a lot of use.
