Birmingham - I think will be relgated
Fulham - I think will be relegated
Derby County - Relegated

Its a thread so you can guess who's going to spend what this summer, either play properly or don't play at all

And anyway, this summer more than ever, with so many cash-rich clubs, it isn't so much of a case of how much you have to spend, but how many decent players you can attract - things like location, Europe etc are going to be big factors...

Just look a the likes of Wigan - their owner has been trying to throw money about for years, but can't get any of the real top players to come near them - can't blame them really mind!

by the way think it is about right regarding boro (somewhere in 25m-35m)
