Now we are guaranteed an all English European Cup Final which of the teams or newspapers will be the first to suggest the final should be switched to Wembley to save the fans having to go so far and at such great expense?

My money is on Liverpool fans to be the first to whinge (assuming they get through).

I personally think it's a ridiculous situation. Evidently Moscow has very little in the way of available accomodation so fans will have to fly in and fly out on the same day.
The rivalry between the three clubs left, especially Man Utd and Liverpool is pretty naughty. Can you imagine being on an aeroplane coming back to the Uk when your team has lost and half the plane are celebrating ? Recipe for disaster springs to mind.
Finally it is the European Cup Final, the biggest game a club could have, yet there are noises coming out of Moscow asking Brits not to wear colours so as not to offend the local skinheads/louts.
I think the English FA /Eufa should compensate the Russian FA and choose another venue. Commonsense should prevail.It's bad enough us Mackems having to travel to London for play offs, Cup Finals etc but Moscow ? Come On !
An official trip to Moscow with Man Utd( 24 hours) is costing £950 for flights and Visa and match tickets are between £80 and £170.

I reckon there'll be carnage if it's a Man Utd - Liverpool final.

As to the whingeing, it's absolutely nailed on to be the mickey mousers!

Was talking to a Man Utd season ticket holder today. He paid £760 for his season ticket and it is gonna cost him more than that for the plane journey and visa that's without the ticket to the match. He is going though.
Why is it so expensive ? He's only gonna be outa the country 24 hours.
