Just wondering how long everyone is getting off work over the festive period?

Doesn't seem to be that big a deal here in Cyprus (not like Easter) and quite a few people I know are only getting Christmas Day and Boxing Day off.

Planning a few days break next week myself - one of the benefits of being self employed (with the obvious down side being that there's no-one kind enough to renumerate me for said period!)

Yeah I know that feeling mate... not that I'm making much money during this time of year anyway

Gonna have a few days rest & then do some half days & then a few more days rest before coming back to full time after New Year

Cypriots will probably only take Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. Some are taking Christmas Eve, too, although I doubt if the shops will.

Easter is the big celebration in Cyprus.

Christmas day.......... then If the hangover is to much,, boxing day aswell
