In a forum far far away, at the bottom of the index page they have a daily Greek phrase [ there is a link to a lot more ] but we might all benefit if we just learned one phrase a day, including pronounciation, whilst we were browsing Paphos People. The must be someone out there with sufficient knowledge of Greek wo would be able to do this for us. Look upon it as a public service.

I had some of my formative years in Cyprus and Im afraid my Greek is limited to certain sweary words that I probably cant spell anyway, but am just waiting for the right chance to use them.

I remember using one or two at a footie match when Kyrgyakos came to the touchline giving everyone the "nescafe wave", and they were vented then. His face let me know they were still the correct pronunciation, and my seated colleagues wondered what the heck was said.!
