Where, where....which beach front? Jeez, if my hubby finds out where the factory is we'll be moving nextdoor!!! He would probably pay for his own supply pipe directly in to the property! Let's hope he never sees this thread?

Well when we went past last Sept/Oct it was gone , just a mountain of rubble and large signs proclaiming the wonderful new development that was going up.

The old Sodap winery is long gone. The site is being developed by Kouroushi Developers, with a serious amount of Russian money, as a time share/holiday club venue. The first stage should be open in 2009, though they will have to put a bit more manpower on the job if they hope to meet that deadline. Maybe those irritating holiday club touts have not been irritating enough potential customers?

Shops, holiday apartments and a 'boutique' hotel.

Always thought the factory was an eyesore surely anything will be an improvement on the eye.
Opposite the site there is a substantial green area (large agricultural plot which is regularly tended to by a farmer) often wondered how long it will be before someone builds on that as it is in a prime location ( next to The Aloe hotel)
Must be worth an absolute fortune.

A story about that plot :
The farmer you are talking about was offered 3mil-cyp for that plot
by a developer , he refused and said , he would have nothing to do if he sold his only piece of land
