Paphos People

Can anyone advise the best way to contact the Paphos Tax Office? We used accountants in Cyprus but they messed up both mine and my wife’s returns, so we severed the relationship. We have now both overpaid our taxes. I have called down 4 times to try to see Mrs Anastacia Lambrou but she wasn’t ever available. We have asked at the reception to see a Tax Inspector (Do they have these in Cyprus?) but was told that they weren’t now allowed to let people go on the other floors. I have written to the Tax office (delivered by hand) some 2 months ago but not received a reply.

It seems to be an unwriiten rule that Cypriots rarely if ever return phone calls, so I have always gone in person. Other than that how about another accountant?
