Not happy Dino, but not too worried. I honestly think up to now, he has got by with good luck more than owt else and now his luck has changed.
Look back over his stint up to now and he has dropped some howlers. I know he is still learning, I know.
He is controversial as was Cloughie. I have not liked the way he has gone on over this contract. I did not like it when he said the other week that if the fans did not like Chopra going to Cardiff they could stuff it.
Now it seems there is trouble in the camp with stories of fights amongst established players and Diouf and Chimbonda and Dwight Yorke having a slagging match with Keane at training.
It's going pear shaped for now. I am not saying he can't pull it round, maybe he can. He has upped the profile of the club certainly. We will be able to get another name manager should he go.
The Irish backers will be more hacked off than me if it happens.
Gary

Nowt on Sky yet and remember he does live near Blackburn.
Fat Sam used to play for us and he's Monkeyheed's bezzy mate, he's one of us !
I'd think we'd be in for Mourinho as he's leaving Inter or Hughesy when he leaves Citeh or maybe Slaven Bilic.

No, it's because I don't understand you, a deluded mag(small m) who quite often talks a lot of waffle then denies it, then will argue till he is blue in the face to try and prove his point.zzzzz You'll be putting zzzzz in your posts next.
zzzzz Gary :greetings

The fact is we were with Sunderland AFC before Keane came and we will be with Sunderland AFC after Keane leaves, life goes on but we stay with our team. End of.

I hope he does stay personally - if after spending 80 million the best he can do is second from bottom he'll do for me! :D

If he leaves there's always the risk you'll find someone half-decent to take his place.

i agree!,

still seems funny how you lot harp on about him supposedly wasting £80 million! and theres me thinking that he was building a squad, firstly to win us promotion, which he did at the first try, then to keep us in the premiership, which again he did at the first try, and now to build on that and stabilise us in the prem, which remains to be seen, but in this day and age with tens of millions being poured in by sky, and players costing rediculous figures, £80 million isnt so much, and still only makes us the 14th most expensive squad in the league!

i seem to remember a certain mr keegan spending 72 million donkeys years ago when suck figures were unheard of, for you lot to win nowt! and yet you lot worship him! double standards indeed

this is exactly why i feel that sometimes safc and nufc are their own worst enemies! we are all sometimes guilty of creating havoc, when calm is required! we need more than ever to get behind the lads and this will pass, worse has in the past!

correct! ancient spartan for "come and have a go if you think you`re hard enough!"

see football hooligans the world over owe everything to the ancient greeks

On Sky today they were saying Keane doesn't like contracts. What ?Correct me if I'm wrong but he had them at Man Utd didn't he ?
There is a rumour that the consortium are saying if he does't commit he won't get any money in January. Only one loser there, the club.
Sky were saying that if Quinn puts pressure on him, he'll walk.
Get walking then, is what I say. If he is not under contract and another club comes in for him, we will get no compensation.
What is he playing at ?
Gary
