Seems Joey Barton is out for another 8 weeks after smashing his foot & breaking his metatarsal

When it rains, its pours  his first full game back after injury & now he's out again :(

Willis, I watched your lot last night and actually wanted them to win. The way things were going in the first half I thought it's gonna be one of those nights and Hull will sneak a goal.
West Ham were all over them but it would not go in.
All worked out in the end though and now Hull are in the doo doo with us
Gary

Gary, yes we should have been home and dry by half time. I thought it was going to be one of those nights too.
We played superbly well and have been doing so for some time now - I'm really pleased the way things have gone recently.

Hopefully we'll hold onto our key players, Green, Upson, Parker. They all want to stay and play for the club. We've shifted a number of our fringe players - plus Bellamy - but that's Bellamy for you, everybody knows what he's like unfortunately - and we've just bought the highly rated 19 year old German striker for 9 million pounds - so all would seem pretty steady there at present despite all the stories recently about the finances, Tevez nonsense etc. Onwards and upwards..

Have to agree with you, things do seem to have settled down there and they're talking about the football again, well done.
Gary
