Big game tomorrow nght - reckon this might be worth a try:

First you must obtain something that belongs to Sir Alex Ferguson.

The more personal the item the stronger the juju. Next you must get a live chicken. Then you need a room with a bare wooden floor. It must never have had any kind of finish like varnish or paint. Next cut the chicken's head off with a single stroke of a carbon steel knife that has never cut anything else before. The knife must be carbon steel, not stainless steel, and it must be a single stroke. With the chicken's fresh warm blood, draw a pentagram (star) on the floor. Place Sir Alex's personal item in the centre of the pentagram and light it aflame with a candle that has never been used before. At the same time you must chant the following words until the personal item is totally consumed by the flame.

Chant the words, "Owatta nass siam, Manchester United".

Well, I'm trying to keep my hope up. Just think we got a draw with Chelsea and we probably got more of squad available that we did for that match.

Or we'll have to find out whatever magic is Ameobi using to get in on the pitch each week and use that. That stuff must be powerful.

Captain Fantastic,

How can you be so negative?????

I am going for the Toon to win 3-1. The Man U luck has to run out at some stage and it is going to be our turn!

Off for a few pints before the "Guys in White Coats" get me!

I've warned you before about that ridiculous optimism!

At least we put in something resembling a decent performance - shame we can't play like that against the likes of Bolton though. :(

Hi Captain Fantastic,

Yes it was a much better performance and they actually played some good football for a change. I thought Jonas was my MoM - he is starting to look like he was at the beginning of the season, before his injury. We need 12 points to be safe and I am not convinced we can get them!

It certainly isn't looking good - I've already started trying to figure out which players I reckon we'll be able to keep hold off to try get out the Championship next season....

Mind you, it is still reassuring that after the absolutely horrendous season we've had, with the club in disarray form top to bottom we're still only 3 points behind our mackem chums....
