Im growing the following:
Lettuce
Cabbage (green and red)
Celery
Parsley
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Corn
Cucumber
Melons (water and honey)
Marrows
Tomatoes (cherry and biggies)
Apricots

Thus far everything has survived and is growing at an equal speed to the weeds! When is the optimum time/size/condition to harvest these wonderful creations. I am panocing a little as Ive never managed to grow anything as long as this without killing them all off, so would like to enjoy them for a change.

Is there aly maintenance or feed I should be using. Is there any special care I should be offering?

Most stuff growing on a plant is ready when (a) it resembles what you thought you planted and (b) it doesn't require much effort for them to be removed from the plant !?! The corn is ready when the white whispy bits around the fruit start to dry whilst the rest of plant remains green and strong.

Lettuce & Parsley you can eat from when its a few inches high, cut, wash, serve, and with any luck the 'root' will keep growing for the following week(s) crop.

Just keep them watered Dong ... i think tomatoes you can 'feed' but i didn't last year and crop was still excellent ! Good luck on the rest so much to look after there !

Thanks bigdutch, my main problem now is keeping under my finger nails clean. Best start wearing the marigolds!!

Or is that why Cypriot women have such big nails.

back to my creations.
My water melons self propogated (I hope the right word) and Ive 2 starting to swell.

My honey melons and marrows have grown enormous green creepers and branches, loads of flowers and zero fruits. I rubbed together some of the flowers as previously told to, but still nothing. Im keeping them well watered, theyre in a sunny place. What should I do next.

Ive had cucumbers, but sweet peas have grown massive and got some flowers, when do the peas start?

My apricot tree has given 6 apricots, but the newest leaves (as the orange and lemon tree) are a bit wrinkled up with a black speckled stuff on them. What should I do.

My cauli was nice but poorly cooked.
Turnip is a brilliant ornament.
Cabbage will be scoffed soon.
Celery is actually just more Parsely!!
Some nice toms of the plum, cherry and normal varietys, but the most recent batch I planted have got purple flowers on, what will they be?
When the toms have been picked and leaves go brown below, do I lop them off?

Peppers and chillies are starting to flower so mabye some for winter

Sweetcorn is getting bulgy in the middle, from this stage how long?

Oh the work of a gardner is never done. I wish I was a Lumberjack, just like my dear papa.
