Guys

I have a large selection of DeWalt Power Tools for sale, which my late husband purchased to commence our business upon retiring to Cyprus. We never even got the business started as God called my husband home just 5 months after we arrived in September 2007. Only now am I able to deal with this sort of thing.

Tools include, Cordless Drills, Jigsaws, Grinders, Circular Saw, Sanders, Hammer Drill, Reciprocal Saw, Cut Out Tool, Spade Handle Drill, Belt Sander, Nail Gun, Planer, Angel Drill. Staplers, Tile Cutter, plus several more that I have not yet sorted through including a professional band saw, pillar drill, table saw, mitre saw, etc.

If anyone is keep on DIY and interested in any of the above, please PM.

In addition, once Probate has been granted, there will be a 2004 Peurgot Boxer Van for sale, which my husband had purchased as his mobile workshop and a 40 ft container, which was to be his main workshop.

If anyone has any ideas as to how else other than advertising as above I can sell the above, your suggestions would be most appreciated.

Many thanks in advance
Janalld

You might like to try an auction of the items.
Someone in a similar position to yourself did just that in our village and I believe was quite happy with the resulting sales.
She sold all her late husbands engineering tools.

Just a thought.

I'm not 100% sure how the lady in the village went about it but the auction was held at her house and flyers were put about to all the villagers and builders etc. in the area.
I could try to find details if you wish.

Hi to All

Thanks once again for all your wonderful advice, and your offers of help. My son is over next week, and I shall discuss all that you have suggested with him and see which way he feels would get the best response.

You guys really are incredible. I have been so alone since my husband died in Feb 08, and finding you is like making new friends. I am not ready to socialise yet, but when I am, I will be joining you on one of your nights out.

Many thanks to all

Janalld
